The CDL test for drivers in North Dakota

A commercial vehicle takes more skills and knowledge, as you will be operating a larger vehicle than a regular car. That’s why in North Dakota, the same as in other states of the US, it is officially adopted that people wanting to drive a commercial vehicle have to obtain another type of license, different from regular – the CDL. To have it, a person has to successfully pass the CDL practice test, which is also called a driver’s license test.

During it, a person is given 50 questions to reply to. 40 correct answers at least should be answered to pass it and obtain the license. All questions in the DMV test provide a multiple-choice: out of 4, only 1 answer is correct.

Before enrolling in the exam, you have to learn by heart everything contained inside the North Dakota Commercial Drivers License Guide.
